Welcome to the vibrant and rapidly growing Hospitality Department, where we provide professional training in Food and Beverage production, sales, and service. Our comprehensive programs are offered at various levels, including diploma, certificate, and artisan levels.

At our department, we prioritize hands-on training to equip our students with practical experience, which proves invaluable when they enter the dynamic hospitality industry. Upon completing their courses, our trainees are prepared to take on roles as chefs, waitstaff, supervisors, managers, and more, whether in welfare catering institutions, restaurants, hotels, or as entrepreneurs establishing their own catering businesses.

The Food and Beverage Sales and Service courses are designed to impart both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the production and service of food and beverages across different catering establishments, all with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
